Talking Euro vs Jap

Hey everyone, get my internet back today sometime.

Had an interesting night on saturday...

Finished work about 11.20 pm and i thought id go for a quick late night cruise around town.
For about 10 minutes there was a car ''following'' me, (he was just going the same place i was ;) nothing sus) anyway, we get to a set of traffic lights and i get the chance to look in the rear vision mirror to see what car it is.

I see i alittle white charade (flat back model) with a little wrx bonnet scoop. lights went green, i went straight, he turned right and i heard a bov ;)

Anyway to cut a long story short i was heading home and what do i see, the same little charade attempting to take on a very very heavily modified evolution VIII which was blowing flames.

anyway i followed and pulled up next to the charade.

It was the Turbo mizuno sports edition, lowered, pretty stripped out, racing seats, exhaust etc...

We raced and lets say i put the little turbo beast to shame.

I later found out from a mate that it has an upgraded aftermarket turbocharger, full exhaust system, intake and more boost.

Pretty happy lowering definately helps getting off the line, used to dump the clutch at 3thousand rpm and it would spin like a mule, now it gives a quick chirp and your away !!!

Turbo mizuno sports edition??? WTF

Ive heard of mizuno shoes but never a mizuno charade. Well they must follow suit as the shoes a crap.

Tho we dont condone street racing, its good to hear the traffic light chirper is still minging about putting ppls to shame (not me tho) ha.

Default Euro vs Jap

NOT PUTTING YOU TO SHAME!?!?!?

Well we know i have ;) but it was unfair as yuo had people in your car.

Give it a go again when your car doesnt weigh two tonnes.

Huh? Easy... i know for a fact that a RSM 225 Turbo would easily kill a Fiesta.
Just as i know that a Focus XR5T will kill a Fiesta. Its knowledge... haha

Aren't stock fiestas only good for 12's for 0-100km dash? : I thought most car would beat fiesta in a sprint without trying...

I thought the Charades turbos weren't even 1lt and only 3cyl. I've been in a stock one and they are slow as. I said to my mate "Floor it" and he said "The foot is flat to the floor lol" My car would kill it off the line, top speed, roll on etc

If you want to race a Jap car line up a VTEC civic. You will haul **** off the line (as VTECs have f**k all torque down low) but will get absolutely destroyed up in the revs. Maybe a line up with a Pulsar would be a more fair comparison, but don't bother with a SSS because you will get your **** handed to you.

My post wasnt intended to be saying " oh my fez would chop a 225", it was directed at josh and mitch, as josh was trying to say his fez is faster blah bla blah than mitch's".

Hence my point about judging. :

yeah charades turbos are a 1litre 3cylinder. but this one was modified with a larger aftermarket turbo, full turboback exhaust, intake and more boost.
his frontbumper was around my rear bumper, and i was fighting him off with a stick lol :P

Ohh i have raced a VTIR coupe civic mate owns it. its a nice nice car. but he cant really drive and i flogged him too lol.
and yes the civic had no balls off the line compared to the little fez ;)

Now to take on some coondoores

Tell you what josh..

If i were a ricer, and owned a charade (cough josh cough)

sorry sorry... back on topic.

If i owned a turbo charade that was stripped out, had sparco racing seats, lowered, mags, upgraded turbocharger, full exhaust system and more boost and raced a nearly standard 1.6L fiesta and it beat me then i would be ashamed.

I was proud of my effort at keeping the little turbo beast at bay and in my opinion was a pretty convincing win, seeing we both launched our cars pretty hard(ish) and we were both shifting quickly, reving our cars right out to redline and i was still ahead.

So josh, stop being a party pooper or ill steal your keyboard so u cant type offensive dribble
