XR8 Ute Diff change

Hi guys
My XR8 ute is whining and making noise in all gears and coasting etc I reckon the diff is shagged just want to see if anyone has run into this problem before started from about 80000km now close to 90000km. I did a diff oil change at 78000km castrol xaf something if I recall.

so seeing that it's LSD is it gonna cost me a kidney to replace.And are there better options do later BF diffs fit?
