Default Dyno Results From Weekend + Problem

Hi All.

Had a run down to Blue Mountains Fuel Injection in Katoomba on Saturday, for the All Ford Day Dyno Event.

Pulled out a very healthy 270.0 rwhp (201.3 rwkw) running std tune, and the basic mods completed so far, Exhaust, Extractors, Phenolic Spacer & BPT Thermostat.

Unfortunately though, when it was strapped down to they dyno, one of the guys noticed that my rear left hand wheel was worn down to the belt. Can anyone shed some light on the situation.

Both rear wheels are scrubbed out to nothing on the inside, but still have around 2mm tread on the outside :

I'll post up the graphs and pictures of the tire, when I have a chance later

Nice bit of power there.
With the rear wheels - I had uneven wearing (the reverse to you as on the outsides).
I thought it was related to the live axle but after a wheel alignment all has been wearing evenly - my rear wheels were both tappering in by 13 degrees after I had replaced the rims.....The buggers didn't weel align the car......

Nice graph and good power.

Sounds like your rear bushes may be worn a bit.

James22 looks like the rear is running with lots a neg camber or massive toe out.
Doubt the bushes be cactus JC unless she's had a very abusive history.
Get your alignment specs checked,I'd say that your problem.
By the way nice power from the 220 !

Yeah I'm gonna take her in for new shoes, and then to get the alignment checked.

Now all I gotta do is find another 19 rwkw and that 220 badge can come to play again hehe :

Power squat? Why do they need to account for that?

It doesnt need to mate, just get your wheels balanced and aligned, and crawl under the car, check that the bushes etc arent split or cracking.

Now bugger off that airbox is mine

My fronts were doing that, I told the wheel aligner if I needed a camber kit, and was told he'd adjust toe in, and that seems to have fixed it.

Looks like my old tyres :evil3: coming out of twisty corners with too much right foot was my issue.

havent had issue since fitting new tyres and getting alignment done but now waiting to fit shocks i scored out of TE-50.

Yeah James I have seen this problem. Its called having too much grunt and a lead foot.

Seriously your car hammers, would only be a minor thing I am sure. Third gear rear end spin/squirm under acceleration anyone?
