power goes down through tranny but torque goes up, so i dont think its that great but then again i dont recall what torque is at wheels on a stocko, but i think it was like 380 at fly anyway or somethin, i could be totally wrong tho

There may be a small variation in the torque figures, but should be fairly accurate. They configured the diff ratio into the dyno, and it adjusted the figures accordingly. From what I've heard it's pretty accurate. Either way, it goes heaps better than before, so I'm stoked!
Yeah the airbox made a big difference. I'm going to make up a 3inch induction setup soon, so hoping for around 142-145rwkw. After that... who knows.

boost!!!!!! lol... one thing with the 3" steel intakes, is that if you dont HPC it, it'll absorb way too much heat, so you'll probably lose power.

Nice flat power and torque curve there buddy.

Anyone know why different dyno operators run different gears?

Most autos I've seen have ran 2nd???

yer, u need to run ya car in a 1:1 ratio. otherwise ur result are WAY out. has been shown many times.

AUTO = 3rd
T5 = 4th

We just opened the lid to let more air in. Lifted it up about 3/4 inch.

It's got an RPD R6 Cam, Vernier Timing Gear, 2.5inch straight-through exhaust, Extractors, Hi-Flow Cat, AUXR8 Intake Snorkel, and it's manual.

The car was run in 4th, which I'm led to believe is 1:1 ratio. So figures should be as close to 100% accurate as dammit is to swearing.

Boost is a very very very tempting thought, but I have to shell out a few hundred $$ for an insurance claim. Driving home last night I got caught in a freak hail storm, and as a result I need to get my bonnet, roof and boot repainted, maybe the front bar, and will possibly have to replace the friggin windscreen. :jab: NOT a happy camper. But at least the insurance company is covering it. Still p1$$3d me off though.

The problem with that is a car with 3.27's and a car with 4.11's is still running at a different ratio. I fail to understand how my car would have less power with 3.27's as opposed to 4.11's. The power may take longer on the st, but the same power still must be there.
