Just got a deposit put on the XR6 tonight.
When you sell a car without RWC in Vic, do you keep the plates on the car and just sign the transfer papers? is there anything else i need to do or shouldn't be doing? |

Just sign the transfer papers and keep the pink copy, make sure you put the correct sale date on it otherwise you have no leg to stand on if they get a fine before the transfer is complete...
They have 30 days from the sale date to get a RWC or rego gets cancelled.. Hope this helps.
