About $110 with no discount from Ford they sold me a BA one that need a loom adaptor. That was earlier this year so it might have gone up

I paid $90 including the loom less than a week ago! But I got a lower than trade price through work. I think actual price was around $110-$120. Takes 5 mins to pull the door trim off, change lock and put trim back on. I had a problem getting the key locking rod to fit, did anyone else have this problem?
