He writes "he would never recommend a ford even to his worst enemies", all i can say is there are thousands of people who are happy with thier fords and do not agree with what he says. As above if he has a fight let him fight it, and i am not sure i would agree with his tactics. Just me |

Lol, funny. On one hand he said he would never recommend a ford vehicle to anybody, on the other he said he would have happily kept his old ford ute? Please explain?
I agree with DOC. I dont see how this is going to further his cause with Ford at all. Just go buy a Holden and hope he dosnt get a lemon from them.

Nah I agree with him
If he can't get Ford to listen then take it to the public I certainly wouldn't want to buy a new car and get all the hassles he has listed, Ford should put it down to a car built on a Friday arvo and (if it is as bad as it sounds) offer a replacement at no cost. |

As far as I'm concerned, I expect a new car to be near perfect(perfect would be almost impossible) and if it's not that it is rectified the first time and that's it. I'd be fed up too if it was me.

Yer i definatly wouldnt be happy buying a new car and having those sort of hassels with it. That goes for any new product i buy, I expect it to be working out of the box and if not i expect either a new one or at least good service to fix the problem.

i dont think that sort of way is the best way to go about it, he should write a formal complaint to ford about this 'dud' of a ute. and Ford should have been happy to FIX or replace, if it were me id be threatening with law suits and bad publicity and to drive the car through the shop window (its what i said to my dealer and he threw in some extras and warranty)
this guy spent prob alot of his money prob even off his own back and if ford want nothing with him id drive it through the dealership window and other cars and buy a holden or from someone else he has my support

Personally I would orange cannon the dealership so it costs them money! Money is the only thing most consider a loss. If I had a business I'd prefer clients rather than one-off customers. A happy customer may only tell one person how good their service was but an unhappy customer will tell tell 10 people about their bad service. Last edited by MITCHAY; 24-10-2006 at 10:20 PM. |
