Same place the previous model Camry had it. And if you've ever driven one you'll know it's a complete pain in the neck.

Camrys actually can look pretty tuff, very similar to the JZX100 Aristo design. If only they came with a 2jz-gte and RWD.

I gaurantee they would be serious falcon and commodore competition

I could put a sexist comment in here ... but I won't ... hee hee.

On a more serious note though ... looks like they stole the plans for the design off Mazda .. dash cluster looks good ... centre console = el crapo.

Not as bad as the Avalon which had it on the floor!

It's a very nice car (went and saw it yesterday.) Much better than the out going model. Sportivo is the best

And Wheels, Motor complain about the 300C hand brake being on the passenger side, but it's ok for Toyota :

I 've actually sat in a couple of Left Hand drive export models and the centre console treatment is fairly different. The whole HVAC and audio buttons were done in an "Ice mint" green colour (bit hard to describe....lol..). The Sportivo bodykit looked a bit different too, maybe in was just the light and it was a black car. It definately needs some better looking rims though, most mainstream alloys look crap IMO.
