Every Falcon since EA has CAI standard. A sealed box, with an inlet bringing air from outside the hot engine bay, is, by definition, a CAI.

Different versions of this function do the job better though, and the G&D box seems to be the box of choice for the AU6s. You won't get full benefit from it until you get an edit though, so allow at least $2k all up to get the job done, but you should pick up between 10 and 20 rwkw, especially with exhaust already done. You should be able to sell the K&N flat panel for around $100 to offset some of this cost.

If you don't want to go that far, BA Turbo/Tickford snorkel is the intake of choice, with supplementary holes and piping into the box another favourite.

About $30 odd from Ford. More on ebay (though I did see one yesterday for $19.99, plus about $10 postage)

Aftermarket CAI on its own is worthless.

You need to get a decent exhaust and extractors first then get an edit.

CAI with an edit might be worth 10-20kw but without the edit nothing so its exhaust and edit that work CAI helps it all along a bit.

G&D make a nice CAI. Costs a bit but works well and has a nice finish.
CAI is a good place to start your mods. IMO. They will yeald between 2-10 rwkw. As an average think around the 5-6 rwkw mark. You may notice better economy with on too.

Dunno, and who cares? That's a BA question on an AU thread.

The lower half of the BA box fits the upper half of the BA box. The BA box can be made to fit an AU.
