whats worse cars or girls
I met a girl about 6 weeks ago , we had a great connection, strong in every department, except her 5 yr son was jellous of me bieng near her ect, she told me she was falling for me and i told her to slow down, so she now has ignored me for 2 weeks and finally this week i get the (do not ever call or sms me again SMS to my phone, the dumb thing is i was trying to call her to see if she was OK, but the more i called with no answer made me look like a stalker, so now i dont call or sms, I feel like crap as i have hurt her feeling or done something wrong, if only i had a answer to what the hell is going thru her head,
Cars My GT coupe , I had the chrome molding removed by a so called pro , hes gone and fu#@ed all the moldings of the windows, so bad its now scrap metal, How come some people be so careless , where the hell do u find chrome molds for a XB coupe in good nick, the rear glass is OK . the front and side are fu$#ed.
I can win this month, and to top it off the neighbours old rusty shed droped its heavy steel gutter last weekend almost squashing my AC unit on the side of my home, the council doesnt really care that i have a 10 mtr 150 C channel squashing my side gate and cloths line and the chance it fall into the side of my home.. no wonder i drink/// sorry for the thread , i had to relese some fustration somewhere... breath drink .....

chuck the gutter back over and tell them to fix what it broke...
as for the chick well if you still like her send her an SMS....lol sms = the new age dating

is the so called pro who has passionate fingers a business owner or backyard specialist? if business owner then he MUST fix it....if backyarder then take it on the chin....or ask him nicely to fix it

look at it this way dodge, at least it wasn't the mustang or the xb sitting outside that the guttering fell on.

Girls - someone needs to write a users manual for them..... very unpredictable.

Gutter = throw it back into the neighbours yard (if possible) or mention a law suit and see how quick it disappears.

Car = well in actual fact it is the so called 'pros' responsibility to fix what was ruined. But the best thing you could do is possibly ring the wreckers hotline and get a search across the land happening. Or maybe speak to someone who is kinda clever in that department and see if they can give you an idea.

Girl = ok this one is easy as. You hurt her feelings to begin with and her child is being a brat. She decided blow it, it is all to hard.
If you know her address (which I am gathering you would), send her a nice bunch of flowers (no, not expensive - just nice) with a Letter (not a note) explaining the reason you said slow down. Explain it all..
BUT
Just before you send the flowers and letter.

I can almost guarantee she will read the letter. Us women are hopeless, we need to know stuff so there is no way we would throw it out till reading it..

Either that or just walk away... Find someone else...

Good luck and I hope things don't get any worse but they shouldn't (things come in 3s remember)

I KNOW the feeling mate. WHAT would I do? I would keep sending her sms. She will reply one day and she will APLOLOGISE. YOU will feel a lot BETTER.

OK.

Answer to that? Bad idea. If you keep sending her sms, you can guarantee she will not just turn around and apologise! And you are also risking her going to the cops and claiming harrassment and stalking - she sounds like that kind - hard to predict and over sensitive and easily upset.

Leave her alone, she is not worth it, too much trouble and probably very high maintenance. Can you imagine what it would be like being with someone like her permanently???? If she is this much trouble now, imagine down the track!

Forget her and move on and find someone nice.

If it has t!t$ or wheels...
Its going to cause you problems... and money 2. : just kidding.

send her a bunch of flowers with a 'love' note... when you get back together ask to take the kid to the park or zoo or spend a little bit of time with the kid and spoill them a little bit...but not to much, you will find that the kid will relax and feel more comfortable around you... he is just protective of his mum.

take the car back and demand it fix.

tell the next door neighbours to repair the damage done to your property, if they refuse tell them you are taking them to the small tribuial... tho depending on how good of a neighbour they are...

yep i reckon whats above is fair advice. With the gutter go and talk to your neihbours, do they even know? they might offer some $? if they are knobs just chuck it over tho.... and with your coupe, as a coupe owner all i can say is good luck! but ask the guy who stuffed it to replace it

the gutter went flying over the fence, i had to cut into 3 bits as it was so heavy, the girl can go F$#k herself, there is no way im putting up with silly games at the start of a relationship, especially when i got my values, i did a list of positave and negitave for her , the negitave is double on the pos, so maybe she did me a favour
and the coupe , i can always replace the silly strips, i just have to be quick.
i still cant work out the female race but i can build a 600 Hp engine that revs to 9000 rpm.

Come on man the kids 5, Maybe some might not understand the mentality of a 4-5 year old that has only had his mother all of there life, I understand that side of it, My father past before i had a brain, So i then grew a bigger attachment to my mother, It's very easy for a kid of that age to feel left out and unwanted when your only trusting person has found someone they are into. You feel left out even at such a young age. Jealousy is always expected you just need to work around it. The kid comes with the mum that needs to be understood.

I don't know about just kidding ? , in a way you can be right, for them both to be in top condition, perform well, and look good there can be no expence spared, shrimp on the pennys and something will break down, not perform when you want it to or look daggy. A good car needs to be looked after well and so does a good woman.

Hope it pan's out for you and one day you find the right girl.

I spoke from a mum's (single parent) point of view....
What I was meaning was maybe she was feeling it was to hard to introduce someone into the whole mix.
I do speak from experience of raising kids alone and trying to introduce someone new into it all..
It is damn hard work & frustrating too at times....

Yeah, Kerri, you do have a very valid point. MANY children do not adapt to someone new on the scene. However, it often does depend on the personality of the child, the childs ability to adapt (related to intelligence) and how he sees the world (how he was brought up, basically).

I have recently found someone, after being on my own with my two kids for 8 years. My son is 8 and my daughter is 12 and Eamon and I have been together for 18 months, and now have a new baby.

My son was about 6 when he first met Eamon and he loved the idea. He had always missed having a bloke around the place and he saw Eamon as someone he could have a lot of fun with. Caitlin adored him too. He moved in not long before Easter that year and the kids spent all their pocket money on Easter baskets for him and he was stunned. They still love him to this day.

Some kids see a new family member as a bad thing because they are not secure about their own status in the world (various reasons) and some are confident enough in themselves that their Mum wont desert them if she finds someone and they understand that quite clearly and see the cup as half full, not half empty.

Having said that, single parents cannot refuse to be their own person in addition to being a mother, for the sake of a child who wants things his way... if a single mum meets a bloke and falls in love and they want to be together, a difficult child is not a reason enough to prevent it happening. The child usually adapts (its usually a very short term thing, manipulation and attention seeking and no more) when they realise they cannot control everything by throwing a tantrum and laying a guilt trip (yes, very young children can do this quite well) and once they adapt, they are usually very happy with the new bloke and often wouldnt be without him.

I dont think this girl's child was the real problem though. I think it was her. Thats just my opinion.
