Default what did you have to do on your holidays ???

Just finished tea showerd + ready 4 a rest A big few days to say the least decided to have a good brake this year took from the 24th dec to 23 jan off. Just kick back + relax as you do , the first week or so just bum around + socialise what with chrissy + new years ext.. lifes good : About the end of week 2 I noitce the odd glare coming my way as I ajust my recliner + move my tinny + remote abit closer..."Are you gunna move or what" I hear from the depths of the laundry "or what" I yell back (really carnt belive I said that out aloud)" Well "she who rules says "you could clean your shed out now the boys have got there crap out of it" ( this comes from life at home for your offspring being way better than the real world, changing the locks or moving interstate with no forwarding address is a better option. that way they may not find you) Rite O off I go : 4days later + a 3mt trailer load to the tip alls good again ???????? My XRs happy 4yrs old never been in shed before,, her car moves to cargola in the shade its happy, I return to my chair with fresh tinny other one went flat awaiting my return ,I"M happy : "Oi I gotta list for you just incase you forget some thing"....gee I thinks to me self this"ll be good........ now our house is a home some ware to bring ya 2 boys up (now men really) you know have aparty pull some Fords apart with ya dad have another party putt some Fords back together again.. sort of a half way house come refuge for car nuts, kids ,+ even the odd tupperware party for the girls ,gee we even have a gmh flag waven looney turn up from time to time all welcome......
: The list goes some thing like this remove 15mts of weeds from garden + remulch. ha to easy ,remove or cause to be removed 1 bloody great 28yr old alder tree + 4 other unknown spececes from back yard, mmm. need big help call tree lopping mate jobs done.. : now it apears at this stage of our lives we need a nice back yard ware we can sit under our patio (the last great break idea I had) and ponder our gee we are getting old lives.. go figure hey.. so remove 55mts of old wooden fence icluding 20mts entangled with ivy (now no why neighbour moved interstate) starten to strugle now enlist the help of redxr8bloke, kevxr8(#1son) + neighbour 1\2 his fence any way.. got his side done in shiney new colourbond he bales hopefully to return : now realy firen. now remove disused pool from wont that be a nice shady area when you finished corner (who new sinking a 1.3mt pool 3\4s of the way into the ground would be so hard to getout again)
well back to enlisting help from neighbour + son again (haven heard or seen #2 son ,strange that..) Well aleast she who must be obeyed is smilen : gee have alook at the size of that hole.. mmm timefor more heavey artillery call for the bob cat man me thinks tomorrow.. well good lady has turned her hand to bbqn (my job) not to bad either, redxr8bloke +his brother have promised to return next week end neighbour may never recover but has a new fence I have 7 days left 20 more mts fence to remove 25 mts to reinstall , (as it tuns out neighbours dog likes our house better to must put it back on rite side before we finish..) one big hole to fill a bit of land scapen to do mite post some before +after pickys later . NOW I"M just buggerd but I got a happy wife ,sore back, + mite need a wheel chair to get to our AFF drag day but wouldnt 'miss it : thats my holidays so far
thanks again redxr8bloke,kev-xr8. me neighbour, +the bloke who took all the old fence wood off the nature strip (one less trip to the tip)...Whoosha.......

You need to get back to work and have a rest, why is it that every job that looks easy, ends up being a huge pain in the butt!
