Default I've done it again!!!!!

A little news to share with all...

Found out yesterday that my wife and I, are expecting our 4th child. I already have three girls so hopefully this one is a boy....fingers crossed.

It came as quite a shock because it wasn't expected. Wife is a bit upset though...4 weeks out from a major national fitness competiton that she has worked her butt off for the last 9 months, down the toilet. She is already showing and has lost her Abbs. Time to buy a territory. :

Cheers.

welcome to the large families. Its a big change for you and your wife. Tell her its ok and give her lots of hugs. Oh and our fourth one was an accident too. They can happen. And whats wrong with diy vasectomies. I have assisted in a few castrations, Maybe i should stop following casper around with that knife.

Well done mate, you have crossed the line now from amatuer to professional parent and all the fun tht comes with it.
Seriously though, the jump from 3 kids to 4 kids is not that bad. I personally found going from 2 kids to 3 kids far more demanding.

Oh, and Mrs Casper wasnt joking about the knife either!!!!

Congratualtions!!

It is a shame about the competition though, especially if she had worked so hard towards it. But I guess everything happens for a reason.
No trophy could compare to your kids though.

Yes she worked very very hard. When she began to bloat we thought it was water retention due to her diet, or an unbalance in her estrogen levels. Bloating occurs a lot in women on strict comp diets. She went to the doc to have a blood test and the result was quite a shock. Theirs always next years comp though.

Cheers.

Congrats Foxxy, and tough break about the comp prep for the Mrs.
I know exactly how bloody hard it is, ive been training and competing in bodybuilding for 15 years and ive had enough now! The dieting is a killer.
Ill just stick to the gym and leave the comps to those brave enough!
My old training partner won the Ms Australia twice, but she's a machine and has kept going after a few kids..
