Default 2010 LV TDci Suspension question

Driving in the wet the other day I got pretty severe axle tramp.

On my last front wheel drive car (200kw at the wheels Octavia) I changed out the dog bone mount for a polyurethane unit and it was able to hold the engine and stop it from tramping.

Is there something similar I can install on the Focus?

Thanks

Jas
