Ranger - New Colors?

Hi All. Has anyone got the low down on the new Ranger color choices. Hearing rumors they will offer the same colors as the new Focus on new Ranger XLT and Wildtrak...Just want to know whats happening and when...can't seem to get answers from Ford dealer. thanks

Apart from the two minor replacements at the beginning of this year (Jet Black replacing Black Mica, and Meteor Grey replacing Metropolitan Grey), nothing official has been announced yet on a revised palette although the rumour mill has been busy with the suggestion that Blue Candy and Magnetic are going to appear.

Magnetic is already available according to the brochure.

It would be good if the Wildtrack came with a wider colour choice. A Wildtrack in red or blue would look fantastic

Why did the cars of the 70's have way so many colours to pick from compared to now?

Look at any colour chart and there is 15+ colours whilst on the Ford site there is only 7.

Wouldn't it be easier with automation ect, to paint cars in more colours now, than it was back in the day.

That'll do! How awesome would it be to see a return of those bright ford colours from the B series days on a Ranger! Maybe even on just the Wildtrak?

How good would it be to see the return of days when nobody gave a **** about the colour of there 4wd or even more ridiculous used there 4wd for the purpose of 4wd driving as opposed to holding up the rest of the world...was going to say on the open road but na there a pain in the **** anywhere to be honest.

Be good to see some more non-metallic paint options. I really dislike metallic paint. If they are going to have a 100 greys it would great to see Lithium which is available on the F150
