I lease all my Fords (4 from new the moment) so I suppose that doesn't count?
I really don't understand why a leased car is excluded. It is mine and I pay for it?

Ford (and all car company) employees get a subsidised 'lease' arrangement. And the swap them out after six months. That's where all those 8,000 km old cars come from.

That is about as clear as mud Or as clear as why you don't like Marcos Ambrose.
The person who has purchased the most Fords would have done so over the last 50 yrs or so, BUT sales were not in demise over that whole period

They have been swapping them after 8 weeks lately to keep Falcon build numbers up.

Really? Leased cars aren't private? Mine are all leased through my private family business and are all in my name?

A leased car can be very much the same as taking out a loan. Nothing is given for free and tax benefits are very minimal. At the end of the 3-5 years, the car is mine. Paid for with interest.
Just saying as if you want a true indication of who is buying new cars as a matter of choice for themselves, it is all part of it.

Have purchased 4 new Fords over the last few years. BA2 XR6, BF XR6, WP Fiesta Zetec, FG2 XR6T, 10 other Fords but second hand. Would have been 5 as we were looking at the WT Fiesta Zetec in 2012 but the Rio SLS beat it in almost all areas.
