Gday guys, I just purchased a 99 au fairlane,pretty excited about the car .On the inside of the drivers door there are 2 silver tabs stuck to the car( thanks to these forums I realise they were some sort of recall to ford)
The question I have is what were the recalls for 300 and 215/z

I think 300 was the steering rack:

There is the possibility that inappropriate servicing of the steering rack retaining hardware may affect the integrity of the steering rack mounting stud. Overtightening of the steering rack mounting hardware may degrade the thread locking compound.

215z was for throttle cable:

The throttle cable grommet is susceptible to failure. If the grommet is damaged and not replaced the accelerator may be rendered inoperative resulting in a sudden loss of power.
