Some stock numbers from the FPV heritage link:

http://www.fpv.com.au/theheritage/fa...nxr8185kw.aspx
http://www.fpv.com.au/theheritage/fa...onxr8-220.aspx
http://www.fpv.com.au/theheritage/fa...alconsxr6.aspx

Not exactly what your after but a ballpark indication for you.

Otherwise click on the fordforums timeslip link from the above menu to get a good idea of how fast everyone is going and what has been done to their cars.

It's obviously an old B series era chart, as it references SV8. Why did he even post it for? OP asks about ELs and AUs, so old mate posts an outdated Ford, Holden, Honda, Nissan and Subaru chart which only confuses people, good job

There used to be an old chart in the Tech Secion with heaps of models (EL, AU, VS, VY, etc) for all sorts of figures. Where did that go?

Is this someone's backyard experiment? Obviously couldn't put the power down when he drove the F6. Someone needs to clear this crap up as it implies that the F6 is a second slower compared to other tested 0-100 times.

PLEASE someone post up some 'ACCURATE' figures before someone actually believes this dribble. (Already seen this on another forum claiming he got it from this forums technical documents area.)

I should think the real question would be the best midrange performer , jumping the stop lights is a very minor thing if you drive a no corner land barge

Drove my sons Crysler 300 on the weekend
It goes okay
The car has a timer system on it so you can run your own
0- 100 times
Does anyone know if Ford has this somewhere in the on screen
computer
Would be fun !!!!

unless all those times are recorded on the same track with the same conditions with the same driver and the same rules(correct tyres/pressure, same fuel level and so on) at the same time of day the times are uesless and to compare is nieve and a flawed argument.

As for the XR Turbo beating the F6 - you'll find this is because the larger turbo in the F6 takes longer to spool to max psi. Compare the 1/4 time and you'll see the difference.

.

The F6 & the XR6 shared the same turbo, the F6 runs higher boost. And 5.3 seconds for the F6 would be closer to the money.

Yep, stock F6's BF/FG's avg 5.1 to 5.3 consistently. But, I'm sure it would have been easy to do the 6.14 on this one off run. Simply take off a little slower

I think those figures might be reffering to the BA F6, I just re-read an old article of Performance ford where they could only manage a 6.xx to 100km/ph and 14.08 @109mph for the qtr in the BF F6!!! And the BA was plauged with troubles from the release in regards to the clutch, so those figures dont seem to bad, What is interesting is the GT, 5.81 to 100kph is a bit rich, I always thought they were mid 6's??
