I got a letter from Stephen Conroy's office that those who got the HIBIS (high speed broadband) subsidy from the govt in the last thee years will now get a higher minimum speed increase.

Yeah great, so long as the dangerous loon drops the ISP filter which he's put on hold till next year, after the approaching federal election.

Would be nice to be able to get a decent speed in the suburbs too instead of being connected to an exchange around 7km away!
