Default Ford Racing Cobra Jet Mustangs

Seen this on another forum. Nothing quite like a 'factory' racer. If only Ford Australia had the market to do something like this...

US$95K for the full package. Expect mid-high 10's out of them straight outta the box too

Only a couple of hundred were to be built and they're all sold i think

Now THAT is a bonnet bulge... with cred!!!

Factory Monster Tacho...

I love that the build number is put somewhere so PUBLIC (ie: rear end)...

Particularly seeing that is the part of the car that most people would see!!!

Seem to be working for others, problem your end?

Those rims are fast becoming the standard for drag cars, usually gold in color

The front shot of it looks awsome. Until you look at the butt ugly bulge on the bonnet, destroys all the cool lines that the Mustang is renowned for.

I know it needs something to allow for the blower, but what is it with the yanks having to go overboard

Holy crap?! Thats being built by Ford?

I dunno, its hard to be as Badass as the 40th Anniversary GTR Mustang. This has far too much interior! :

This car is insane!
Did you see the size of that pod filter, massive.
But I don't understand why, after putting in all that effort into speed, they only decided to put 4 pot brakes on the front, surely a car like this warrants a big 6pot brembo?

I rekon its perfectly overboard ...... difference between GM and these is 14 more vents, scoops & badges ..... brilliant! Might be a massive bulge but seem to blend in perfectly.
