Try to find a skilled "OL" skool engine builder on the sunny coast! Does anyone have an idea? need some work done on my 2v head????? :

I recall there was an old hand considered one of the best in the business and he's a Ford nut too. I'll ask the question and PM you if I find out.

There is a bloke in Landsborough, but he specialises in Chevs, but cant hurt giving him a try, i havent got a number for you but its on caloundra st jsut before the police station. he jsut works out of his shed, hes got signs up out the front as well, when i go past tomorrow ill try to remember to get the number for you

Oh yeh sweet, id ask him, i remember Extra did a story on him a year or two ago, he was a old drag engine builder from way back.

You could also try Racecraft @ Kunda Park, George is the guys name. Ford nut, about 60 or so, has been building and racing Fords for years.

I think his name is George Wagner, the bloke in Landsbourgh your all refering to. he is very well respected in the drag racing scene and has been there in his workshop for a Gazillion years. I think it still races at Willowbank too.

Thats him, you have to tell him exactly what you want done, then leave him alone. Don't call him, he'll call you when it's finished. DO NOT RUSH OR ANNOY HIM !!!! Then you'll get a great job done..........
