I was curious to find out...
In which state are cars the cheapest? In which state are cars the most expensive? Thought it would be interesting to find out... as for me, correct me if I'm wrong, but i've always thought that NSW was the state where cars were cheaper. Queensland also, aren't they supposed to be cheaper since so much salt gets into them? : Jokes! Just checked on carsales, cars in SA seem quite exspensive... (well AU XR's anyway...) Just my opinion, now tell us what you've found...

WA is the most expensive. I reckon Victoria is the cheapest, all the cars i want to buy, at good prices are in Melbourne.
NSW is a bit dearer because of the yearly pink slips i reckon.

SA has rubbish car prices. But if you want a junk pile come to sa. Dumping ground for POS.

Yeah, I'd be saying either QLD or Tassie.

When I was trying to find a manual EF/EL xr, the cheaper ones were all in Victoria or South Australia.
(unfortunatley, bit of a long drive from Brisbane to either of those places just to look at a car ) |

Mate, I won't go saying that too much. There are quite a lot of nice looking older Fords round S.A. They're not all POS. Like every state, they have their fair share of clunkers. |

I would of thought Tasmania to be most expensive, and Victoria/NSW to be cheapest.
