My old man is about to sell his 1975 Benz and I was curious if the original black/white plates would be of value to the right FORD lover with the right car, the read IHO-6__. Not sure of build numbers with early GTHO's, anyway just curious to ask peoples opinion.

I don't know if std plates can be passed on or sold. Also I think the lack of 6 cylinder HO's may bring the price down a bit?

From the rego quoted, I assume the last two digits are 69/70/71 if the plates are to appeal to a Victorian GTHO owner. I'm not sure if any GTHO's were built in June though.
