Default I wonder what they gesticulated to Police??

From Perth today, you gotta laugh.
August 21, 2008 07:35am
TWO boys riding a moped were injured last night when their bike crashed into a tree while they were gesticulating and shouting at a police car.

Police patrolling Armadale Rd in Armadale about 9.30pm sighted the rider and passenger travelling on the footpath with the bike's lights turned off.

As the moped crossed Tait St, the rider gesticulated and yelled at the officers, failing to notice a large root running from a gum tree at the side of the footpath.

The moped hit the root and crashed, catapulting the 16-year-old rider and his 12-year-old passenger several metres through the air and onto the ground.

The passenger attempted to run but collapsed in nearby bushes.

Police called an ambulance and both boys were taken to the Armadale Hospital for treatment.

The passenger received a fractured collarbone and wrist, while the rider suffered abdominal injuries and was later transferred to the Royal Perth Hospital.

His condition is described as serious but stable.

The Armadale pair is expected to be charged in relation to driving and stealing offences.

(The Police probably called for urgent assistance, can we have 2 new pair of pants, cause we just wet ours laughing.)

In the same basket as the recent bungled robbery and death in Sydney.

It appears we haven't overcome natural selection after all. It's still alive and well.

Saw a little brat dump a pretty decent looking mountain bike into the bushes by Armadale Rd and take off on foot last year. They and their parents need a good belting.

Nope, the 12yo would have known full well what he was doing. I have met plenty of naughty 12yo's that deserve a boot in the backside.

I feel no sympathy for the little pr..ks. I hope it hurt.
As for the comment about the poor 12y\o..... PFFT.
My kids go to a crap school in a crap suburb.
(not my choice I don't have custody)
Some of the little mongrels that go there and younger
than 12 I can tell ya. Yes they are a product of
their enviroment but bad is still bad reguardless.
Flog their butts and flog the parents I say.
God knows I hate to think what my boys (7 & 6)
would be like if every 2nd weekend they didn't
have my belt ready at any moment to land
square accross thier butts. And b4 everyone jumps
and says that is child abuse in my day when kids
got the cane in school and than went home to have dad
flog em for getting the cane at school we didn't have these
out of crontrol little mongrels running around our streets
stealing everything that isn't bolted down.
Bring back parents rights and corpral punisment.

Please don't take offence to what I said Fev.
Once you've been broken into a few times by
the neighbour hood children you sorta lose all
compassion. We now have a dog and I have
had strong and resonably physical coversations
with 3 of the local trouble makers I have caught
trying to break in....(gotta love security cameras)
we no longer have the problem anymore.
In fact the local kids(only the bad ones is my guess)
cross the road rather than walking past my gate.

Armadale's pretty good but it has it's usual share of troublemakers in taxpayer funded government housing. I read Armadale Road was one of the highest hoon-activity roads in the state.

This story reminds me of the Redfern incident - 'innocent' kid flees from the cops who weren't even chasing and impales himself in the process - natural selection at it's best!
