Well, seeing as the beer one is doing so well and there has been a lot of debate, lets make this one now
I'm torn between Tennessee Whiskey (JD + George Dickel) or White Rum (Bacardi) I consume both with coke I also love Vanilla Vodka! and CC AND DAMN ALL THE PEOPLE WHO CLASS JD AS A BOURBON... I KEEEEEEL YEW FARKEN I just noticed i have Bacardi and White Rum as two seperate options up there... If a mod could remove the 'Bacardi' option perhaps and add 'Rye Whiskey (Canadian Club etc..)'

Johnnie Walker for me.
Looking for an excuse to crack open the bottle of blue label I bought in Malaysia in 2005. I did however, buy a pack last year when we went overseas which had a small bottle of blue label, just so I could try it. The wife did bring home a bottle of port from work that is over 30 years old. Can't wait to crack that one either!

I used to work at an Irish pub, tried numerous Irish Whiskeys.. this was by far my fav, either on the rocks or by itself. Bloody good value at under $40/bottle. Much better than others 2 or 3x the price Im drinking pre-mixed Bacardi & Coke right now.. Goddamn this is sweet! Was quite funny how the 6pack of 375mL cans was 26.99 and the 4 packs of 350mL bottles was 12.99.. So i got 2x 4packs of bottles Alcohol always tastes better out of a glass bottle when compared to an aluminium can Quote:
One of the few scotches i can have on the rocks

One of my friends bought a bottle of Talisker Single Malt whiskey and honestly, it tasted like crap. He was giving me a hard time because I was comparing it to Jamesons.
I told him he wasted his precious money.

SHUT UP thx This is not encouraging drinking but merely exploring the avenues taken for people who have read threads on alcohol in other forums and from that have decided to take up drinking.

Wild Turkey RARE BREED with coke, so easy to drink and is 56%. Otherwise, straight scotch.

Vanilla Galliano and squash for predrinks (wont make you sick, gets you smashed, and the mrs will drink it too) For a mixed drink just scotch and coke. |

Voted Scotch...
Love scotch and dry too... At home, have Dewars 12. Read up...rates fairly well. Chivas is terrible for a 12 year old scotch so I've read at several places...while the best 12 year blend is Wild Turkey. I have only ever had single malt once...didn't like it much. I hate Coke.

What do you mean 12 year blend? Are you referring to rare breed being a blend of 6,8 and 12 year old bourbons?
