Default Ironman movie WARNING: *spoilers inside*

I went to see the new ironman movie last night.

My opinion was at first hearing of this movie a bit sceptical. I thought how on earth are they gonna make this movie any good keeping in mind the original nature of the character?

Well I was truly surprised when I watched it. RDJ (Robert Downey Jnr.) did an excellent job of playing the part with some excellent inclusions of comedy, action and seriousness involved without it being too 'kiddy' like.

The special effects were excellent. The story line was good, however predictable in some areas. It was still amusing to watch.

Pepper Potts played by Gwenyth Paltrow looked insanely HOT. She did a good job.

Jeff bridges as Obidiah was a surprise. I didnt recognise him till about a 1/4 way thru the movie.

Overall, I enjoyed it. I'd give it a 7.5/10.

For those who havent seen it yet, I recommend staying till the end of the credits as there is extra scenes with a huge hint to the sequel of Ironman.

its actually good to see RDJ back. He played the role just about as good as any other top leading actor would.

I also loved the killer looking cars he had in the garage. Brought a tear to my eye when he crash landed on the Shelby Cobra.

The Audi R8 looked amazing in motion picture too.

Just got back from seeing it and I thought it was a pretty decent movie. I'm not a comic book guy so I can't compare the movie to a comic book, but for those that are concerned that they don't know much about the comic, it's not really that necessary. The storyline is pretty self contained within the movie.

Always enjoyed RDJ's acting and he did a pretty good job here too.

I thought Gwenyth was starting to show her age. She was super smoking in Shallow Hal and haven't seen her much since.

Excellent special effects, a garage full of hot cars, ran out of popcorn halfway through.

I'd give it an 8/10.

Yeah watched it last night as well and enjoyed it, i think the fact that they chucked in a bit of comedy as well really helped make it that much more enjoyable.

Hanging out for the new Indiana Jones Movie now, that will be a ripper too. .

It showed Starks walking back into his house with an intruder present. It was Samuel Jackson as an agent of some kind asking Starks if he wanted to be involved in the Avengers program.

This told me that there may be a sequel with Captain America, Ironman, the hulk, etc.

I loved it as well. I'd give it 8/10.

RDJ was awesome and I agree that Gwenyth Paltrow was stunning in this film. Jeff Daniels reminded me a bit of Jessie Ventura (former US Govenor and WWF Wrestler)

The comedy and sarcasm was a great touch, which lightened it up a bit. Looking forward to the sequel more the Spidey

If you're talking about Christine Everhart (my apologies i was dragged to the woeful and very unexpectably bad 'Semi-Pro', and am yet to see Ironman.) She is played by Leslie Bibb. She is the reporter from Vanity Fair in this movie.
