I am amazed I haven't seen their death notices in the obituaries in the paper.

As a SCUBA diver of many years that is just plain asking for trouble. Although these particular sharks seem to be well fed, Tiger sharks are one of the most unpredictable. I have swum with reef sharks and grey nurse as well as a few others on many occassions. But to stay in the water with Bronze whalers, (responsible for most attack) Tigers or Great whites is just asking for trouble.

they say if you get attacked by a shark punch it on the nose. Well apparently hitting it with a wheelie been works fine too.

How was that guy fending off the Tiger Shark with a wheelie bin, I bet he filled his wet suit with lumpy bits.

How the hell does one gain access to a wheelie bin while diving with sharks?

You want to hope the bigger recycle ones were nearby, it'd work better than the smaller rubbish variety
