interior lights

Hey all, 2 questions

1) How do i change the globes in my map lights?



2)I want to add some interior lights that my xr doesnt come with.

1) The front door courtersy lights.

2) Rear foot lights. which is located behind the glove box

any idea on how i can go about installing these lights and getting the wires etc etc..
