Default Peugeot Alloys on LR Focus

Apparently Peugeot 206, 307 and some others have the same 4 x 108 PCD as the LR Focus. Anyone know if these wheels would fit a LR Focus or is there more to it than just the PCD??

The Peugeot wheels will have a lower offset: 31p, std Focus wheel are 52p so the wheels will stick out 20mm further. They will fit but unless you're going to fit some flares, wouldn't look too flash.
