Im not sure if youve seen it on the news or not, but its pretty much appening wherei live. The first pic is from today when the wind was going nuts and you can see the smoke, fire + smoke = not good. The second one was taken about 5 mins ago as the helicopter flew over my house after doing a water drop. A massive branch also crushed out 76 leyland mini, stupid bloody weather. Roads are blocked cause of branches and trains arnt running. Houses have already been lost and some have been evacuated.

I live in Picton, theres been sirens all day non stop, ive seen that many bloody fire engines rush up and down the street, apparently its the worst in camden.

Not cool, there ihas even been a few fires few up my way (Wyong Shire), the RFS has been flat out.

To all those that live close to the bush...clear your gutters,surrounding land for as far as you can, get anything and everything that could cause a fire from embers covered or gone.
Have plenty of water in containers of any description handy to fight any embers or small fires. Good luck and stay safe...a gut feeling tells me its going to get worse...I hope not.
