no it looks like its moving, the forum i got this off has about 30cars taking the same corner...

Yep and if they are OEM wheels, it's a poor effort for a car that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars.

you stole my thunder, they really do look like clip on covers, the car looks like it is sitting pretty nicely through that corner, cant really tell how aggressive it really is from that pic, but it looks pretty low on that side.

Dumped car's (within reason) can be great for conering in my experience assuming its done properly & all the other suspension components are set up to compliment. :

the tyres don't scrub the guards, so its not dumped enough.

Here here. That car isn't 'dumped'. The body may be closer to the ground than your average car but look at the gap between the front tyre and the gaurd.
