i live on the goldy and when i finished work tonight at 10 i went for a drive for something to do cause i havent for a while as im a chef and dont get out, but any way went driving and went up to the southport car park and there was not one car there then went down the esplanade and there was only 2 or 3 cars around there, where is every one these days it was 10pm on a friday for christ sakes. whats going on these days everyone is there a new spot or has it just died in the ****. is it any better on saturday night? maybe i need to get out more but i need more mates down here!

I imagine its got something to do with the harassment car enthusiasts get from police combined with those hoon laws that us mexicans have just gotten (which youve had for a while already).

Cookie from memory most the cars from the Gold Coast either go to the Spit or they head to Brisbane..
But on Saturday nights the BWCP is busy... the police hang there mostly now too so to keep things at a (sort of) controlled level.
