Default DRL for 2014 Focus Sport

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a new Focus S and am keen to install daytime running lights, has anybody installed them and if so, where did you get them from. Are they a dealer fit option as the dealer I got my car through said they weren't however another dealer said they could be installed. Has anybody installed them around the Sydney region?? If anybody has fit them, could you share your experience like where did you get them from, how much and are you happy with them?? Thanks fir yor feedback..

John

Has anybody ever fitted the ones from eBay?? If so, what's the quality like?? Do they stay on all the time or are they something you manually switch on????

I have purchased some of these but have not fitted them yet. They have a controller and if all works as stated in the instructions they will come on full when the ignition is turned on. They should go to half power when park lights are turned on and go off when the headlights go on. Should turn off when the ignition is turned off. Will keep you posted when I get around to installing them.

Going to have a go at fitting them myself. Looks pretty easy. They look really good quality and match the existing plastic - mine is a sport so the plastic is gloss.
