Answer to my original question: this year
I saw a few test cars in 2011. However confidentiality agreements meant I couldn't say on a public forum that HSV will be releasing the LSA in 2013. Hence my ambiguous question in the post was done as a teaser to get discussion started and perhaps somebody else to spill the beans. To all the members who ridiculed me in the last two years -
