I sent a BTR 4 speed with torque converter a while ago to a member on here in Melbourne from Bris , was 92kg all up on a small pallet . I sent with pack n send at the time was $125 or thereabouts from memory . Dimensions were about 500mm x 500mm x 900mm

Have used smartsend recently and found them pretty good too. They have an online calculator as well and do a door to door service .

X2 for pack n send- I got my c4 down from Queensland for less than $200...... Make sure it is completely drained though or you may be hit up for a bit more in cleaning costs!

If you can securely strap and secure it to a small pallet ie via steel banding know the weight then measure total length width height to get the cubic factor you could ship it direct through the type of carriers packnsend actually use like Startrack, TNT, Toll Ipec, Pack n send are just a broker adding on margin over the top of the other guys.

Been using www.e-go.com.au for a few years now - cheaper than Pack n Send, never had a problem.

Had a complete Borg Warner Cortina diff freighted from VIc to Nth Qld a few months ago for around $100.

Live online quotes too - can't go wrong....
