Are you looking for a cat-back or header & cat as well?

Zetec engine suggests it's a Mk1. I purchased my 4-2-1 Ford Racing header from Central Florida Motorsports in the U.S. and then had the rest of the system custom made. The shop used Powerflow mufflers.

Eddie, bags was talking about the model of his Focus, not his engine type. Bags has a 09 Zetec.

Bags, check my post here: http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11310579 for information on headers. The Ford Racing header will not fit your car, you have a Mk2 Focus.

As for catbacks, you can use the Mazda 3 system from xforce, or order in the milltek unit from the UK. Either that, or you can get one custom made, 2.25" is apparently the best for our 2.0L engine.

Bags, let us know what you decide...

If you get a custom made catback just make sure its a manderel bent system, preferably stainless steel and 2.25" (I know mine is 2.5" but it is designed for the Mazda 3 SP23 2.3L engine).

I went to Performance exhausts in Ringwood. Customer service was excellent.

Mine is all custom/welded. 2.5" with a magnaflow cat-back and spilt into 2 at the end for duel exhaust. haven't done the headers and didn't notice any power gain (maybe on paper). But it sounds great.

video.??!..... damn!.. I'm gonna have to wash it. lol. i'll see what I can do.

It all set me back about $600 if i remember correctly. There were a few issues with the craftsmanship which required a few return visits (at no charge) to get it right. However as i stated, the customer service was excellent. They always listened and always went straight to work without going into defensive mode as soo many do.

It's too bad that Pedders put mighty great dent in my muffler, but now I'm now thinking of a whole new system with headers and no cat or muffler (assuming there are no other consequences than just more noise). But i'm just dreaming at this point.
