Question engine missing

hi got a 2003 focus i got a miss on number 1-4 lead no spark changed the coil pack still the same changed plugs no good any one known please help

are u saying u have no spark on cyl 1 and 4 or no spark to any of the plugs. if its all of them then i would say ur crank angle sensor is playing up, or worse ecu.
if you have cyl 1 and cly 4 with no spark and u are sure that cly 1 and 4 coil and plug are fine, i would check the wiring to the ecu, if ok then possibly the ecu is not sending out the signal and would need replacing. Other thing to check is have you un-done a earth wire or has it high resistance ect. most coil packs will have a earth to the body some where hope this helps

no spark to 1-4.put new coil still no good plug are new

So you're saying that all four aren't getting spark?

Have you actually checked that there's no spark? Taken a plug out and checked that its firing? Are you certain its not a fuel issue?

sounds to me that the crank angle sensor isnt working, if the injectors arnt clocking on and off then i would be about 95% sure thats what it is

not all 4 just 1 and 4 clylider asfor rest i have taken the plug out no firing getting fuel

i cant remember does that engine have coils for each cyl or does it have 2 coils 1 for two cyl , sounds like possibly ur ecu may have died

I'm sure these run a single 4 post coil pack.
think you need the ecu ignition I/O checked or get a secondhand ecu and do a swap and see if that works.

ecm died getting fixed for 450 thanks
