Default Lane Back Seat Bracket

this is for guys with Lanes i need help

i have Lane Seats in my car and the back Bracket that i have sits 2 high so i cant Lock the back of the seats into place

so what im asking is if someone can take some pics and Meserments of theres for me so i can work out what i need to do so get theres seats to lock in right

simply if its not in its place its to high up and too far back for the latch to lock down

if i take if off and latch it its 2 far farward and the side bits move i just dont know what too do

cant make a new bracket or relocate it at all?
maybe consult an engineer as it could pose issues with safety devices etc(in a law sense)

mount the bracket in its original spot and drill holes for the bolts to go thru. Slice the bracket and using bolts and large washers on the inside place the 2 sections in the right place

good idea Race Craft but i cant get beind there i allready pulled the Carpet off and looked where the strut towers are and i cant get behind there

i think me and robjunior will have to Fight it out and fix it

yeah the latch part looks to be longer then the one i have i wonder what the Other harf of it looks like im gessing it would be somewhat the same as the one i have but the latch part for the Bolsters being done difrent


might have to get Lane latches and Modify them to fit on my car but it realy depends on the other harf of the latch

this latch is about 4 CM long on the loop thing where the seat latchs on

i measured about 50 mm on mine in the dark so give or take 10mm i assume there all the same size.
are the fairy seats goin into a sedan?

As you can see in these pics the brackets were different to what i had so i used the origional bottom hole and bolt on the seat bracket then the top one i had to redrill and use another bolt through the top bracket hole.
I cant see why they dont line up as long as you use the origional bottom hole with the seat bracket, but it could just be different in your situation

The first pic is on the far right side corner of the car
