I get it too.

KIA bought themselves one of those newfangled thingys called a computer. With CAD they got the generic style down pat

Yeah that and their designer is one Mike Simcoe

Having said that, how many people would have said Kia as their first guess had the badge been removed?

Are you guys serious. You can't see the similarities to the BA Falcon

The BA has Headlights, so does the Kia. BA has a Grille, so does the Kia.

I think Kia Chaser has been chasing one too many Kia's, :

Very close to the Honda.

Don't see the BA similarities, but there are a few with the FG.

IMO, looks like they took a VZ top half and joined the with a VE lower.
That front just does not look right.

i agree, they do sort of look like vy/vz head lights as well as ve fog lights etc.
and that uk version of the honda civic is fugly! : not that 'our' version is any better! : jokes when compared to those other cars (excluding the XR8, Ghia and G6E) that Kia Cerato looks pretty good...
auslandau, what's wrong with us? :
cheers, Anthony

I can see a little of that failed beefed up Aurion look.

I quite like the front, inch or two lower and it would look the goods.

It looks like a Ford Transit.

Seriously, so many different cars listed here that it obviously doesn't look like any of them enough to be a 'copy'.

I see it!

first thing that comes to mind is a BA/BF, closely followed buy bits of Sportivo Camry and a tad of Civic/Accord.

I think Kia have built an ok looking car by copying off everyone else.
