Nsw pink and blue slips

I cannot find how long a pink slip goes for and how long until u need a blue slip if it did run out. i thought 6 months for blue and 30 for pink?

A pink slip is valid for 42 days from the date that it is issued.Before a re-inspection is needed.

You will need a blue slip inspection if your registration has been expired for more than 3 months.
