when i had mine pinched when i bought my car, i got ford to replace them under that 3month warrenty you get for getting a used car..
apparently you have to replace the whole thing that the tickford wing is attached to... depending on which wheel it is it's like $20 - $80 (from memory) Thats from Ford Genuine parts, but maybe try ebay or wreckers...?
