Well My Folks have Bought a House and im going to stay in the Old house and keep Paying Rent ..
Basically there are 2 Rooms Up for Grabs .. Room 1. 3mx3xs - Walk In Wardrobe , Blue Painted Walls .. $100 Per Week Room 2. 3.5mx3xs - Walk In Wardrobe , Purple Walls .. $100 Per Week The House has the Following .. -New Tiled and Re-Fitted Bathroom . -2 Car Garage -Washing Machine -Fridge Its Situated at 16 Loch St , Cranbourne // -2 Minute Walk to Cranbourne Train Station -3 Minutes Walk to Cranbourne CBD -Quiet Area -40 Minutes to Melbourne CBD By Freeway Power , Water and Gas will be all included in the Rent ..
