Default Herrod Exhaust System

I am thinking about fitting a Herrod mild steel from cat back exhaust to my BA XR8 and would like to hear from anyone who has already fitted one to their XR8 whether the gains are there. in performance and also exhaust note.

Hi and welcome to AFF, I had one on my BA XR8 Ute, fairly stubble note as they are street legal and meet ADR compliance and decibel levels.
Performance gains on cat back systems, never see anything to great I would say most would be around 8 to 12 rwkw with no tuning.

not sure if it helps, but i have the herrods system on my ba na 6.. i ended up fitting a 3" magnaflow cat and a different rear muffler, and i get a great note and good power out of it. not sure on the gain as such, as the ute came with the system when i bought it
