Exclamation I've taken up exercise!

I decided to take an aerobics class yesterday. I bent, twisted, gyrated and jumped up and down for an hour. By the time i got my leotard on the class was over.

:hihi:

Haha... good work...

Just like the diet pills where the pills don't do anything at all, but you burn off so many calories trying to get the bloody bottle open that it works!

I love aerobics! I'm looking for a place that does water aerobics at the moment because I think that'd be really fun.

Cross trainer is the best. No other machine imo works you as hard (weights aside).

I've not long started the 6am bike ride in the morning at our local park. 6-10kms each day. Its a bitch getting up in the morning but it does you good.

I started doing exercise, next thing you know I hiked the Kokoda Track. Be careful as to where it might lead you Disco!

I have also taken up exercise. The place that sells the best (and biggest!) lunches in the Sydney CBD ("Norths Total Sandwich" off the corner of George and Bridge Streets) is a decent walk from my new office and there's my bit for the day done.

45 minutes (sometimes an hour) @ 15 elevation on about 5 to 8 speed (kph) is as good as l can handle.. the cardio system gets a serious major workout... then there's the dog - Snowy needs a walk everyday : l'm trying very hard to teach him how to get on the treadmill with me, so l don't have to do both but he just slids off! :togo: any suggestions lol?

Well you can always do what my hubby wants to do for me... to get me on some kind of exercise machine, he was thinking of tying a big hunk of chocolate on some string and onto a stick, where he could dangle it in front of me while I walk on the treadmill trying to catch it. :hihi:

Try it with meat!
