Default ef falcon: what should i look for when buying?

hey everybody
i found a ef falcon for 500 bux,
it has 250 thousand on the clock, body is a bit rough on one patch and it is auto,
just wondering if there is anything that i should look out for with the ef before buying it?

the guy went for roadworthy, and it only failed for one tire being the wrong size,

what kind of fuel usage do the auto's get?
0-100 and 1/4 mile?

cheers

Yeah it does sound really cheap.

I'd question the only needs one tyre for roadworthy thing.

I think he's already bought it. Seems like a good bargain to me, but "if its too good to be true, it usually is"

Sounds like a good deal, based on the limited information. All you guys getting excited over the price, just remember, it is a 12 year old Falcon and at auctions, it would only fetch around that price or a tiny bit more.

Dodgy RWC as the car looks to low to me to pass rwc.

Also the passenger side front indicator looks like its cracked or something is wrong with it .......... also a RWC item

Also it looks like it has been thrashed.......... or is that just the photo.......

Take it for a spin, plant the foot, see if the auto has trouble shifting........

Dunno why, but it screams ex-taxi to me! White gli, silver stockies, a little body roughness etc etc.

Don't suppose it's on gas mate?

Yeah i think it does to. But with only 250 on the clock it might not be....or its a new cluster or wound around.
All i can see is maybe a cracked indicator. Not to sure with the light angle.
Might just be legal heigh but it would be really pushing it.
Is that some rust spots on the boot and above the rear bar or is it just dirt?

You're right there. I wrecked an EL in far worse condition than that, in fact it was an absolute POS and definitely more than $500 worth of stuff there!

I'd snap it up asap for $500 provided it ain't stolen and hasn't been in a massive stack.
