Default oil filters

anyone know if cooper oil filters are ok, do they have a check valve in them, it doesnt say on the box?
how do you reset the service icon on the dash of a AU falcon

They are basically the cheapest on the market and don't filter too well, I used one once on the missus Lancer and it had dirty looking oil after 1000k, Purolater usually gets to about 3k before the oil starts to look sick. Personally I now use Fram filters but Purolater do make a good filter.

Turn key to the accessories position. Hold the odometer reset button for about 7 or so seconds. That should do it.

Obviously you have a series 1. They didn't come out on the S2-3.
