Default Pursuit 250 front lip on AU2 XR8

Hi guys, been toying with the idea of getting a Pursuit 250 front lip for the ol' XR. Just wondering if anyone has one on their sedans and if so, how hard was it to fit? Also pictures would be nice!

Daniel!

DeathXR has one - just search for some of his pics. Looks great.

Wasn't hard at all, gave it to the panel shop and said 'Here, stick this on!'.

When I picked it up, he said there was some mucking about to get it to fit, but you have to expect that things won't be perfect.

They look brilliant and I am just about to order one for the ute. One suggestion from me though is that if youre going to do it, do the rest of the kit with it. The big chunky lip on the front bar doesnt work if the rest of the bodykit is the small stock one.

Im interested in this conversion. I have a pursuit 250 (in blueprint, brembo's ect) and the missus has a 220Kw rebel, but she loves the look of the ute. Are the front bits still avaliable thru ford?? Not much else is.

P.S. the center bearing on the tailshaft of the ute crapped itself the other day. Price for replacement by ford, $4500.00. new bearing at SKF $65.00.
