Default Old Cortina in this great show

G'day all, check out the great show on ABC at 830 on Sundays. A modern day cop has an accident and wakes up in 1973! He thinks he may be in a coma in the modern day, and gets mesages via radio and the like from the modern day.

However for now he is stuck in 1973, including his great 1973 police cortina!!!

See how a modern cop can work in 1973

A fantastic show!!

See the world of a copper without the political correctnes of today
"Freeze, you are surrounded by armed bastards!!"

Check out the official site.

Agreed that this show absolutely rocks.

The Cortina was sold on ebay UK recently for charity,

Yea, great show.......were just seeing the first series over here, there's been 2 series done so far and both have been shown in the UK.

My missus taped over the second episode the other week, I had to download it off the net to watch it!!

The Cortina is so nice isn't it........would love to have one of those today in mint condition.

That show is awesome!!! There is only 2 seasons made. They are finishing the 70's at the end of the second series, but then they are moving to 1981. The person who travels back in time is this time a WPC from the present. They still have the same bent DCI. He makes that show funny.
That corty is heaps nice! You dont see many of them around.

Yeah can't wait for next season, and then Ashes to Ashes. What a top idea these shows are.

In ASHES to ASHES - swapping the Ford Cortina for an Audi Quattro, DCI Gene Hunt rolls up his sleeves and embraces the Eighties in sequel to Life On Mars...
