Default How do i reset the ecu?

i need to know how to set the car back to factory setting so it can learn new things

Disconnect the battery for 45 minutes or so, then reconnect it.

a bit more to it than that once you reconnect it you need to do the following
1 start engine A/C on & idle 2 min
2 turn A/C off idle 2 Min
3 put in D A/C on idle 2 min
4 Turn A/C off idle 2 min
drive for 5 minutes changing speeds and throtle positions as much as possible
ECU is now reset but will learn further from your driving

make sure you do not have the A/C on when you first start the car.
just refering to No 1 on your list.
start it first let it idle for a bit then turn it on.

this is probably what you ment anyway

yes was just a bit unclear sorry follow everything in exact sequence and you'll be spot on so I really should have said start engine then switch A/C on etc
