Default Ford dealers Gold Coast.

I have a friend going up to live on the Gold coast and he is a Blue Oval owner, any recommendations on dealers to go to? For both sales and servicing.
cheers
Bill.

Surfside Ford (Miami) seem a lot better than Sunshine Ford (Southport). Bought a BA XR from Miami, they did a better deal and trade and were way better with negotiations.
Can't say for servicing, it got it's free first service there, and from then on I took it elsewhere. They did do a few warranty things, and I can't fault those jobs done.

Roo.

Have to agree, I haven't been overly impressed with the "servce" from the Sunshine service department - the Miami mob seemed great - however, someone had recently informed me that they have changed name, and possibly owner - which may include a change to the service quality... but for my needs Miami is too far away...

Have a chat to the guys in the QLD Club Section on the forums, they have developed a relationship with a ford dealer there.

There's only three Ford dealerships on the Gold Coast. North, Central and South.

(a) Sunshine Ford, Southport. Sales = were pushy

(b) Champion Ford, Miami. (was Surfside Ford) Service dep't = good. Spare parts
dep't = Good. Sales dep't as at 2001 = good. Current Salesmen = have no idea.

(c) Victory Ford, Tweed Heads. Have not had any dealings with this company but I
haven't heard any complaints about them.
