All the best to you and your family on this sad day.

I know it will be of no comfort to you at this time, but try to remember of course that at aged 94 I'm sure she would have led a full and prosperous life and to quietly pass away in her sleep, there isn't of course any better way to move on to the next stage than that.

My condolences to you all.

WOW! 94! Thats not a bad innings at all. Best wishes to you and your family on her passing, but Im sure you are glad she led such a long life. Someone who lives that long will be missed, Im sure.

My Nan is 93 this year, so I understand, maybe, how it might feel. The things that my Nan has seen and done in her life amaze me.

And you are right, they dont make them like that anymore!

Glad she passed peacefully too.

My condolences to you and your family.

I'm sure at 94, she would have accomplished everything she wanted to and would have led an adventurous and wonderful life.

All my condolences to yourself and family.
Imagine all that she has witnessed in her 94 years on this planet.
But of course such a thought will not make you feel any better.
No 2 people i guess handle a loss of a loved one in the exact same way, but when i lost my nana, i was a complete mess to say the very least. She was 80.
Once again mate, so sorry to hear of your loss and i do know how it feels, wouldnt want anyone else to go through it, but we all do

Condolences to you. How many people start to think about their own mortality when they hear about the loss of a loved one??? I know I do.

Sorry to hear of your loss.
I know somebody who died this morning as well. She was in her 80s I think.
Also in God's care.

When people live until such an age, the family can celebrate not only the person's achievements, but also the person's kindness and their personality as they are the things that you will miss most.

Condolences to yourself and family.

I can truly appreciate how you are feeling at this time as it has been 2 years and 6 weeks since my grandmother passed away aged 91.
I am just so glad i took the video camera in with me to the hospital the week prior, as there was nothing further from my mind at the time than having to deal with her passing.
I watch that video often as the tears of laughter coming from my nan are the memories i will treasure forever.

the hardest thing for you to deal with is the little things, you'll hear a song she liked on the radio or a movie she liked and you'll cry like a baby, then you'll remember something funny she said or did and **** yourself laughing. i lost my dad to prostate cancer in december last year, he served in vietnam in the navy. everythime i hear rod stewarts "sailing" (one of his ships songs) and i still ball my eyes out.
it does get easier, but you'll never forget her. chin up bro where here for you if you need us.

Too many times have had the unfortunate experience the harsh and painful relaity of losing those close to you, I know how you feel! All I can say is sit there and remember all of the good times and smile.

"To the world she was all but one...but to us she was the world" (grandmothers headstone) - always makes me smile.

RIP
